David Jackson

Mr. David Jackson is the Chief Executive Officer of Istithmar World Capital and has overall responsibility for business initiated by Istithmar World Capital across its three divisions - investment, finance and administration, and funding. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Jackson served as the first Chief Investment Officer of Istithmar World Capital from 2003 to 2006. He also sits on the Board of Directors of several Dubai World and Istithmar World companies. Before joining Istithmar World Capital, Mr. Jackson spent over 10 years on Wall Street including stints at Lehman Brothers and Marco Polo Partners. In 2007, Private Equity International magazine named Mr. Jackson on its list of "50 Global Movers; the most influential people in global private equity." Mr. Jackson was also named among "100 Most Powerful People in New York Real Estate" by The New York Observer. Mr. Jackson holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Yale University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Princeton University.
